The exhibition blind spots, sore spots is about the impact of being judged daily for something you have no control over, such as the amount of pigment in your skin or the birthplace of your parents. This has a major influence on someone’s life and the way they see the world. Photographer Marjolein Annegarn of Garn Photography aims not to polarize with her work, but rather to connect. The exhibition (now concluded) consisted of 10 Medium Portrait Trotters and could be seen in Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
